Bioscope is standing at the corner of Pegangsaaan Street and Diponegoro Road, menteng, Jakarta. He has around 1.700 seats. This is the oldest and biggest bioscope in here. This bioscope still stand alive until know. In the year of 1951 this building and 11.623 squaremetre area is belonging to PT. Bioscope Metropole.
In 1993, The DKI Government by SK No 475 make a sentence that Bioskop Metropole is ancient Building site level A. It is forbidden for a renovation or more. In the early 2007. there is a news that the building will be sold out. The building area is offering about 15 million per square metre. The total amount is about 151.099 billion IDR
But it is not yet have a realization, Bioskop Megaria now havs been renovasion and he change into a new name “Metropole”
